Your Local Union established a WCB Committee in order to ensure that the health and safety of our members is a priority, and protected under the Workers Compensation Board policies, in addition to the Mines Code and our Collective Bargaining Agreement. We currently have representatives at the minesite and at the Union Hall. You can also contact the Workers Advisers Office for free assistance with your claims.
